Set on the farthest Northwest coastline of the Continental United States, La Push is host to miles of beautiful sandy beaches, large breaking surf, and piles of driftwood logs. The beach, called First Beach, is a wide, crescent shaped, sandy beach with sea stacks between the beach and the western horizon. During migration, whales can be seen from the beach, and the thundering sound of large surf surges herald the presence of off-shore storms.
